This includes SMS messages for conversations (between employees) and conversations (external). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

 All Steady Logistics may send promotional and transactional mobile messages related to employment and operational communications. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Interview or onboarding reminders
• Work schedule notifications
• Payroll or benefits updates
• Company announcements
• Safety alerts or operational updates

By submitting your phone number via our website or forms, you voluntarily consent to receive recurring SMS messages from All Steady Logistics. You confirm that the phone number provided belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of employment or service use. 

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message.

You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Please note that we may update the number or short code used to send messages. Messages sent to an outdated number may not be received.

 We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Program is provided “as-is” and may not be available at all times or in all locations. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery. 

We may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes
